Please email with 'VOLUNTEER' in the subject line, or call +1 212 988 1733 for more information.

We run an internship programme with NYU that allows history, jewish studies students to get hands on experience working to preserve and promote historical archives. Internships for high school students, students from other universities and graduates are possible by special arrangement. Please email Pavla Niklova at or call +1 212 988 1733. Applicants must be fluent in English. Working knowledge of Czech and/or Slovak is preferred but not mandatory.

The society runs regular events, including the annual Memorial Service to commemorate all those who passed during the Holocaust in March, an annual Hannukah party, and a lecture series on the subject of history of Czechoslovak Jews. Please refer to the News & Events section for up to date details.
